Requirements

Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning floors and surfaces
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other high-touch areas
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, walls, floors, and fixtures
Restocking restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and meeting rooms
Cleaning and sanitizing furniture, equipment, and other shared surfaces
Reporting maintenance concerns or repairs to your supervisor
Following company safety procedures and properly using cleaning equipment and supplies
Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed
