About The Position

The Facilities Group National is seeking an energetic cleaner to maintain clients’ facilities and keep buildings clean and in good condition. The role involves a variety of cleaning and facility upkeep tasks, completed efficiently and with minimal supervision. Candidates should have some cleaning experience and basic knowledge of cleaning products. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Requirements

Some cleaning experience and basic knowledge of various cleaning products.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Ability to work effectively when supervisors are not present.
Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Perform general building cleaning and keep facilities maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Clean and stock restrooms.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors or managers about major repairs.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor.
