About The Position
Contractor shall provide one dedicated Day Porter/Light Maintenance Technician 5 hours daily on the weekdays and 3 hours daily on the weekends. Responsibilities shall include janitorial/cleaning services.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning/janitorial equipment: carts, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbing machine, mops, brooms, squeegees, use of PPE (gloves, goggles, masks).
- Report maintenance issues (lights out, leaks, damage).
- Soft Skills: Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting surfaces and fixtures.
- Emptying trash bins and dispose in trash dumpsters.
- Cleaning windows and frames.
- Spot cleaning walls, spills, and stains.
- Cleaning common areas, including stairs, hallways, breezeways.
