About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team. This part-time role involves maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and vacant units. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with weekly pay of $14/hour.
Requirements
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Comfortable with walking outdoors between buildings, carrying cleaning supplies
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual and reliable
- Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-ins, checklists, and photos
Responsibilities
- Clean hallways, stairwells, and vacant units
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Follow a checklist and upload photos after completion
- Flag any maintenance or safety issues
