About The Position
The Cleaner maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Duties include cleaning shared indoor and designated outdoor areas, handling trash and recycling, following cleaning checklists and documentation procedures, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and assisting with unit cleaning or turnover preparation as requested. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule, generally Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and entryways.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling.
- Clean laundry rooms, fitness areas, and other shared spaces.
- Spot-clean walls, doors, and fixtures.
- Empty and clean dog stations and occasionally clean up animal waste around the property.
- Follow established cleaning checklists, documentation procedures, and work order photo standards.
- Promptly report maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Assist with unit cleaning or turnover preparation as requested.
- Pull weeds in designated exterior areas.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
