Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
  • Comfortable using computers, ability to learn new systems and databases.
  • Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear and concise communication skills in person, over the phone, or on paper.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to visitors or vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on your own with little supervision.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Bondable.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitizing wheelchairs and other mobility equipment as they return to the building using non-toxic, environmentally friendly agents.
  • Restocking equipment in the warehouse according to use and device.
  • Assisting the picking team with maintaining stock levels.
  • Liaising with the Service and Sales Coordinators to ensure accuracy of order details and correct staging of items for delivery.
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for all inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock.
  • Storing, organizing, and managing inventory.
  • Assisting the team whenever needed, whether interacting with a customer or helping other team members.
