Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
- Comfortable using computers, ability to learn new systems and databases.
- Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and concise communication skills in person, over the phone, or on paper.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service to visitors or vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on your own with little supervision.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Bondable.

- Experience in picking or putting away product.

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing wheelchairs and other mobility equipment as they return to the building using non-toxic, environmentally friendly agents.
- Restocking equipment in the warehouse according to use and device.
- Assisting the picking team with maintaining stock levels.
- Liaising with the Service and Sales Coordinators to ensure accuracy of order details and correct staging of items for delivery.
- Acting as the gatekeeper for all inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock.
- Storing, organizing, and managing inventory.
- Assisting the team whenever needed, whether interacting with a customer or helping other team members.
