About The Position
Bobby Jones Links, a club management and development company, is hiring for a Cleaner/Porter at The Patch in Augusta, GA. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the golf facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
- Sense of urgency for pertinent matters.
- Knowledge of chemical safety.
- Customer service oriented.
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain golf department facilities, including locker rooms, restrooms, golf shop areas, cart storage areas, practice facilities, and player lounge/common areas.
- Wash, sanitize, and prepare golf carts for daily use.
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
- Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for golf events and tournaments.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Provide courteous service to members and guests.
- Follow company safety and sanitation procedures.
