About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable janitor to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facilities in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a part-time position scheduled for three days a week, 1.5 hours per day, paying $19.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and replenish supplies.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, such as spills.
• Use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and necessary repairs to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
