About The Position

ShipRock Management is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a reliable and skilled Cleaning Technician to elevate the maintenance and cleanliness standards of our properties through St Cloud.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cleaning or housekeeping positions.
- Comfortably work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a clean driving record and background.
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive cleaning schedule for common spaces in multi-family buildings.
- Tasks include exterior garbage cleanup, maintenance of laundry machines, window and door cleaning, and thorough vacuuming of floors.
- Conduct detailed cleaning of vacant homes and apartments between residents.
- Responsibilities encompass cleaning appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, and basement areas.
- Operate state-of-the-art commercial carpet cleaning machines.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in detectors, and refreshing stove burner trays.
