About The Position

This is a part-time position responsible for cleaning all areas within the store, including the shop, bull pen, and showroom. The role involves facility maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping and dexterity.
• Constant visual, auditory, and verbal communication required.
• Frequent exposure to noise, dirt, dust, mechanical vibration, fumes, and outdoor conditions.
• Occasional work in extreme heat/cold or wet/humid environments.
• Occasional hazards due to mechanical equipment, moving objects.
• Required to use protective gear (PPE).
• Must be able to perform the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance and clean-up including sweeping and emptying garbage cans.
• Assist in the organization of all tire and lube shop related supplies.
• Keep the parking lot clean of debris and/or garbage.
• Warehouse organization, including ensuring like tires are together, inventory is faced, rows are clean and tidy, and maintaining a safe operating area.
• Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and communication are of the utmost importance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
