About The Position

As the Clean Room Operator Lead, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. In this on-site role, you will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
Proven experience of working in a similar environment
Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfullness
Ability to trouble shoot
Ability to keep calm in times of pressure

Responsibilities

Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
Check production plans and fulfillment
Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machines
