Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret and convey instructions to the team
  • Excellent attention to detail to produce consistently high-quality results.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
  • Competency in using computer systems including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

  • Proficiency in using a microscope

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and reinforce clean room safety and environmental standards
  • Understand production processes and regularly audit for compliance.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, peers, and managers to ensure effective communication and professionalism.
  • Provide clear directions to the team regarding daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
  • Analyze production resource availability to meet daily goals, escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Train or assist in the training of personnel in manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in the development and revision of written procedures.
  • Ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
  • Use ERP systems in accordance with established procedures to maintain production flow and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Monitor and audit in ‑ process quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Review and complete production traceability documentation.
  • Support team members in maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.
  • Assign responsibilities to ensure a clean, organized, and well ‑ maintained working environment.
  • Conduct appropriate line ‑ clearance activities to maintain product traceability.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities within production groups to quickly identify and resolve production issues.
