About The Position

This role involves routine, repetitive checking of production parts through visual and simple dimensional inspection, with significant use of microscopes. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between good and bad parts, while also following production routing and special instructions. Responsibilities include buffing parts, lifting up to 25 lbs, data entry, operating molding presses, performing IPA washing, and maintaining a clean work area.

Nice To Haves

Microscope using experience is required.
With training, acquire accuracy in using scales and other measuring devices.

Responsibilities

Routine, repetitive checking of production parts involving visual and simple dimensional inspection.
Heavy microscope use.
Check routing and be alert to special instructions on bin tags.
Buffing various parts on a cloth buffing wheel.
Lifting up to 25 lb. pans of parts from cart to desk.
Deliver Rubbermaid containers to shipping racks.
Deliver Rubbermaid containers to Bakery cart.
Load parts onto rods with the use of picks.
Computer Data Entry.
Operate molding presses.
Perform 1 stage and 3 stage IPA washing.
Regular & Consistent Attendance.
Maintain a clean/safe work area.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
