About The Position

The Clean Room Assembler position is responsible for following work order instructions to complete a high-quality product in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires adherence to strict quality and safety standards, including AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001, WISHA, and OSHA regulations. The position emphasizes attention to detail, customer focus, reliability, teamwork, and clear communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma GED or one year of related experience.
• Able to calculate percentages.
• Demonstrates the required technical skills and knowledge to perform the essential function of the position.
• Consistently puts the internal/external customer first to meet customer commitments and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Delivers expected results while demonstrating reliability, accountability and dependability and in all aspects of the position.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships and works actively to resolve conflicts displaying a positive outlook and pleasant demeanor.
• Communicates clearly and effectively including good listening and effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow work order instructions.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete necessary paperwork with the work order as required.
• Follow all AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards.
