Jennie-O Turkey Store - Clean Out Truck Driver - Barron, WI
About The Position
The Clean Out Truck Driver is responsible for loading, hauling, and spreading turkey manure in a timely and accurate manner as described by the customer and directed by a supervisor. This role also involves service and maintenance on trucks, bobcats, floor sweepers, and floor blowers. The driver will be responsible for accurately recording manure spread, piled, or recycled information. The position requires the ability to read and understand plant and aerial maps for field locations, attend all scheduled meetings and trainings, and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures. The job may require variable start and finish times, including some Saturday work, and involves a majority of time in bobcat operational duties and litter recycling procedures. Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Valid Wisconsin CDL with A classification/Current DOT Medical Certification
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months, or no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months
- No DUI/OWI convictions in the last 36 months
- Two-year verifiable bobcat and truck driving experience
- Applicant needs to have CDL, proven driving experience
- Needs to be proficient in use of skid steer equipment (Will be required to exhibit operation proficiency)
- No performance work actions in the last 6 months
- No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
- No current restrictions prohibiting the use of respiratory protection equipment
Nice To Haves
- Three years or more’ bobcat and truck driving experience
- JENNIE - O TURKEY STORE Driver Training Certification
- JENNIE - O TURKEY STORE Bobcat Training Certification
- Mechanical skills, based on experience or training
- No moving violations
- No absences in the last 12 months
- Completed six (6) months in your present position
Responsibilities

- Position may require variable start and finish times plus some Saturday work
- This job requires majority of time in bobcat operational duties and litter recycling procedures
