About The Position

Credo Beauty is your destination for beauty with the highest standard. We thoroughly evaluate every product, and every ingredient, for efficacy, safety, and sustainability. Our boutique team is the living expression of that standard: knowledgeable, service-driven, and genuinely passionate about helping guests find beauty they can trust. The Clean Beauty Ambassador is the entry point into the Credo Beauty team. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, building product knowledge, and representing Credo's values on the floor every day. This role includes a structured 90-day learning journey. Upon successful completion, Ambassadors are promoted to Clean Beauty Expert, a role with expanded responsibilities and deeper product expertise.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.
  • Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in a service and selling environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate and recommend beauty products across skincare, makeup, hair, and body care.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with store systems.
  • Reliable, consistent, and on time for every shift.
  • Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day, evenings, and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for Credo's mission, standards, and the people we serve.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education in esthetics or a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage guests, making service the first priority.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on guest needs and goals.
  • Educate guests on Credo’s commitment to efficacy, safety, sustainability, responsible sourcing, and ingredient integrity.
  • Perform Credo Custom Services including skincare consultations, mini facials, and makeup applications.
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
  • Build and maintain guest relationships using Credo Live (the store clientele platform).
  • Support store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock standards.
  • Participate in inventory preparation, organization, and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to store sales goals and support company initiatives.
  • Complete required learning modules on the Credo education platform.
  • Adhere to Credo Dress Code and Hygiene Policy.
