Sierra Air is seeking a motivated and dependable Clean Air Technician to join our growing team. As a Clean Air Technician, you will travel to residential and commercial properties to clean HVAC duct systems and related equipment, improve indoor air quality, and educate customers on solutions that enhance the performance of their HVAC systems. You will also complete job documentation, collect payment when required, and maintain communication with dispatch and office staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 Certification
Minimum of one (1) year of duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or related field experience

Responsibilities

Operate specialized filtration and vacuum equipment to clean and deodorize residential and commercial HVAC duct systems.
Clean HVAC components and indoor air quality equipment according to company standards.
Inspect duct systems and educate customers on recommended improvements, clean air products, and system upgrades that may benefit their home or business.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle and company equipment.
Complete all required paperwork, job notes, and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Collect customer payments when applicable.
Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding job status, scheduling, and any issues encountered in the field.
Follow up on job-related concerns and communicate effectively with the Service Dispatcher and management team.
Stay current on company products, pricing, promotions, and indoor air quality solutions.
Attend all required training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
Represent Sierra Air professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
