About The Position

We’re looking for a high-character, dependable road warrior who takes pride in doing things right, showing up every day, and being a crucial part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. Primary hauling responsibilities include flatbed for lumber, logs from deep wooded areas, and walking floor trailers for mulch. We have positions available for Part-Time or Full-Time with 1st and 2nd shifts available, working 10-12 hours shifts. The ideal candidate knows their way around a rig and people, leads with respect, represents the company like it were their own, has a get-it-done attitude, a strong back, and even stronger values, and wants to work somewhere they’re known by name. Requirements

Valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
Reliable, respectful, and ready to work.
Not afraid to get a little dirty, help with loading, and be part of a bigger mission.
Care about people, not just pallets.
Comfortable with some on-call expectations.
Looking to grow—not just clock in and clock out.
CDL Driving: 2 years (Required)
CDL-A License (Required)

Responsibilities

Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve—on time, every time.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew.
Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
Keep it legal, keep it safe—DOT compliance and safety first, always.
Check loads, secure them, and double-check them.
Bring good energy to work every day.
