About The Position
This is a local driving position for Home Depot where drivers will be solo. Drivers will be responsible for occasional threshold deliveries, with freight sometimes being curbside, dropped in the driveway/garage, or at the dock. Drivers must adhere to delivery location restrictions, which include no deliveries to basements or levels other than the main entrance, first room, or first floor, to ensure driver safety.
Requirements
- Class A CDL required.
- Solo driving experience.
- Ability to perform threshold deliveries.
- Adherence to safety restrictions for deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Drive locally for Home Depot.
- Perform occasional threshold deliveries.
- Deliver freight curbside, in the driveway/garage, or at the dock.
- Abide by delivery location restrictions (no basements or levels other than the main entrance, first room, or first floor).
