About The Position
The Clay Course Driver is responsible for providing transportation for guests and team members between Blackberry and the Smoky Mountain Sports Club. This role requires a commitment to customer focus and a belief in the company's mission. The driver will ensure safe transportation for various activities and assist other departments to meet guest needs. Familiarity with Blackberry Farm's history and future is also expected.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide transportation for guests and team members to scheduled shoots
- Follow instructions from your direct supervisor
- Provides safe transportation for on-the-property or off-property activities
- Assist all other departments to meet the guest needs
- Be familiar with all of Blackberry Farm's past, present & future
