About The Position
The Westfield Area YMCA is seeking caring, supportive, and responsible individuals to join their team as Classroom Supervisors for their preschool program (ages 3-5) at the Garwood location. The role involves assisting with classroom supervision and the preparation and implementation of activities and classes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working in a child care setting
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team with other YMCA staff members
