Classroom/Daycare Aide (YATES)
About The Position
This position assists in providing direct and indirect special education/general education and carryover therapy services to preschool children with and without disabilities. Join our caring and supportive team as a Classroom & Daycare Aide, where you'll play an important role in helping young children build skills, confidence, and independence while creating meaningful moments that last a lifetime. Working alongside teachers, therapists, and other dedicated professionals, you'll support each child's unique goals and celebrate their growth and achievements every step of the way. Your days will be filled with variety and purpose as you assist with classroom activities, creative projects, developmental learning experiences, outdoor play, and daily routines. You'll help prepare fun educational materials, encourage participation, support social and emotional development, and provide personal care assistance when needed. You'll also help with snacks, meals, and engaging daycare activities that make each day enjoyable and enriching for the children in your care. Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
