About The Position

Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is seeking a dedicated Classroom Aide to join our Head Start team in Fulton, MO. If you enjoy working with young children and want to help create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment, we want to hear from you! As a Classroom Aide, you will work alongside the Teacher and other classroom staff to support daily classroom activities and help create a structured learning environment for young children. Depending on the classroom, you may work with children ages 0–2 or ages 3–5. You will help actively supervise and engage children while supporting their learning, development, health, and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must enjoy working as part of a team and supporting the needs of young children.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, childcare, or similar setting is helpful.
• Experience working with low-income families and children is preferred.
• A CDA or related education in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
