About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for passionate and qualified individuals to join our team as friendly classroom aides. This role involves working with children of all ages and being part of a supportive community. We are seeking individuals who see teaching young children as more than a job and are dedicated to shaping the future.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
