Classified Substitute Pool Pupil Supervisor - 2026/2027 School Year
About The Position
Classified Substitutes are on-call as needed on a day-to-day basis for short or long-term assignments (not permanent positions). The assignment is to cover for pupil supervisors at the elementary schools. An example work schedule is provided: 7:30-8:10, 9:30-10:25, 11:00-12:45, 1:10-1:55, with a Wednesday schedule of 7:30-8:10, 9:30-10:25, 11:00-12:45, averaging 4.03 hours per day. Other classified positions may also be available as needed. Classified Substitutes are paid at step one of the assignment based on the salary schedule. Applications are processed in the order they are received, monthly as needed, and processing may take 3-4 weeks from submission depending on the number of applications received.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (must be provided upon hire if not attached to the application).
- Resume (must be in Word or PDF format).
- Letter of Introduction (must be in Word or PDF format).
- Letter(s) of Recommendation.
- Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma/GED).
- TB Screening Result (TB Skin Test or TB Questionnaire, anything within the last 4 years).
- Ability to read and write in English at the level required for successful job performance.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
