As a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager, you will act as the Information Systems Security Manger (ISSM) and provide Management oversight to the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting Department of War (DoW) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives. Lead daily activities to include providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems/networks, cyber technology development/implementation, assessing threats/vulnerabilities, and writing and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.). A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization. Additional duties include: Participate in planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps). Oversee system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems. Oversee and perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents. Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles/issues affecting architectures and deployments. Provide mentoring and/or guidance to less senior technical professionals

Requirements

  • Possess DoD 8570 certification for IAM III (i.e. CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CCISO).
  • Experience as an Information System Security Manager/Officer (ISSM/O).
  • Experience interfacing with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
  • Ability to author, and review System Security Plans (SSP) for correctness, and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATO).
  • Experience leveraging security tools such as Splunk, Nessus, McAfee, Ivanti, ACAS, etc.
  • Ability to perform technical certifications for Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, RHEL, etc.) being presented to the Government for authorization.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge/experience in a comprehensive cybersecurity program to include risk management, reviewing system security plans (SSP)s and associated artifacts (e.g., POAMs, etc.), identifying secure system configurations (e.g., Win11, Server2019, RHEL8, etc.), reviewing system/network audits, and remediating cyber-incidents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management.
  • Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
  • Knowledge of government / contractor network interconnectivity arrangements.
