This role does not involve video production, video editing, screenwriting, or writing reviews. Requirements
- Relevant experience in senior writing and editing roles (digital publications, entertainment content).
- An understanding of feature content.
- Expert knowledge of Classic TV shows.
- Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to write articles free of typos and grammatical errors.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish Classic TV features articles daily.
- Participate in writer development by providing feedback and direction.
- Work with new writers to develop their skills and help them adapt to Screen Rant's standards.
- Ideate topics daily on major classic TV shows, including Star Trek, Sitcoms, Crime, and Prestige Dramas, among other topics.
- Develop content plans for upcoming major releases.
- Attend meetings and come prepared with notes and analyses.
