Requirements

Mechanical License - Class 2 (Required)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Knowledge of permitting, inspection processes, and code compliance
Solid customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy: Can use tablets / laptops, software, and online permitting tools confidently

Nice To Haves

Residential plumbing experience is a plus— Service and Projects!

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level troubleshooting, code-compliant installations, and high-quality repairs.
Guide and mentor journeymen and apprentices on best practices and problem-solving.
Oversee workmanship and job quality, ensuring every install meets or exceeds local code.
Assist with job walkthroughs, material planning, and crew coordination.
Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate scopes and labor forecasting.
Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and without callbacks.
Support the hiring process by evaluating technical and cultural fit of new team members.
Champion safety, training, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with leadership to develop SOPs, systems, and scalable processes as we grow.
