About The Position
Petaluma City Schools is seeking a Class C Driver for its Transportation department. The position is 0.8 FTE and works Monday through Friday for 6.4 hours per day, split between 6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. The district describes its mission as providing high-quality, diverse, equitable, and inclusive education and supporting students in developing as resilient, caring, and responsible community members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
- Current three-year DMV driving history printout obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Certificate.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them upon employment.
- Successful completion of all required district and state transportation training.
