Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs. Available Shift(s): The schedule for this position is Monday through Wednesday. You’ll work 3 13-hour shifts each week, starting at 5:00 P.M. Local Routes No freight to move A safety-first culture and meticulously maintained trucks

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
Strong safety mindset
Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
Candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. A positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law.
Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
Bilingual
Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.
