About The Position

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Golden Valley, MN. This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment. All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft, and training is provided to develop these skills.

Requirements

• 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Be Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a Boiler License
• Must be able to work 2nd shift- 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Demonstrated longevity of at least 2 years of Maintenance experience in previous employment.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a Background Screening.
• Pass a Drug Screening.

Nice To Haves

• A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous experience.
