About The Position

Clean Harbors in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Class B Hazmat Truck Driver (CleanPack Chemist) to handle, segregate, pack, and inspect chemical waste in accordance with Federal/State/Local regulations and our company policies and procedures. This position will work both indoors and outdoors at plants, labs, customer sites and are responsible for assisting with lab packs within customer facilities, household hazardous waste (HHW) collections and lab moves. This is a customer facing position, working at customer sites daily. This position requires new hires to attend a two-week paid training academy out of state, with expenses covered by the company.

Requirements

Class B Hazmat Truck Driver certification
Ability to handle, segregate, pack, and inspect chemical waste.
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.
Customer-facing communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with lab packs.
Experience with household hazardous waste (HHW) collections.
Experience with lab moves.

Responsibilities
