About The Position

Rogers High School is seeking four Class Advisors for the 2026-2027 school year. These are one-year-only positions starting in September 2026. The advisors will report directly to the Principal and will be responsible for overseeing class activities, fundraising, and organizational tasks. Specific salary amounts are allocated annually for each grade level: Freshman Class ($800.00), Sophomore Class ($800.00), Junior Class ($1,000.00), and Senior Class ($1,900.00).

Requirements

• Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the advisory program at the high school.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.

Nice To Haves

• Previous advisory or coaching experience desired.
• Present employment at Rogers High School preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends and supervises all class meetings, class fund raisers, and class dances.
• Assists in all organizational tasks for the efficient running of the class, as deemed necessary by the Principal.
• Organizes and supports the class fundraising events.
• Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal.
• Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
