About The Position
We are seeking a Class Action Attorney to join our team. This role offers the possibility of hybrid and remote work arrangements, with compensation based on experience. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, developing case strategies, and representing clients in wage and hour matters. A team-oriented and positive attitude is essential for success in our West LA office.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least two years litigating matters from inception to trial.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
- Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
