About The Position

We are seeking experienced Class A Truck Drivers for local, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) positions. Our company offers various lanes to suit your lifestyle, including OTR for maximum miles and bonuses, Dedicated routes for weekly home time and steady pay, and Local routes for daily home time and predictable pay. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes. We also have opportunities for solo drivers seeking freedom and team drivers looking to accelerate their earnings. Additionally, our Lease Purchase program allows drivers to operate their own business with significant earning potential and support. Driver Mentors are also sought to guide new drivers and earn substantial incentives.

Requirements

• Experienced Class A Truck Driver
• Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR)
• Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM
• Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
• Team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week
• Lease Purchase program participants can earn as much as $3,500/week
• Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives
• Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week, plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee
