About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A Truck Driver to join our team in support of highway and heavy construction projects. This position plays a key role in the transportation of construction equipment, materials, and aggregate products to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in the construction or heavy civil industry.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hauling heavy equipment and operating various trailer types is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles including dump trucks, belly dumps, lowboys, and flatbeds.
  • Transport heavy equipment, construction materials, and aggregates to job sites as needed.
  • Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and delivery records.
  • Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and dispatch to support project timelines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times, especially in and around active job sites.
