What is the compensation structure? Base Rate: Launch your employment at $0.56 CPM , with scheduled advancements up to $0.64 CPM as you clock more hours. Weekly Revenue: Gross averages run between $1,300 and $1,500 . Short-Haul Incentive: A flat $40 bonus applies to any assignment under 100 miles. Stop Pay: An additional $15 is paid for every single stop on your route. Extra Rewards: Eligibility for our safety and performance bonus program begins immediately. What does the schedule and driving territory look like? Home Time: Enjoy a regular 34-hour restart away from the truck every single week. Workload: Expect roughly 1,800 miles per week with no seasonal drops or slow periods. Logistics: Operate with a single dedicated planner. Freight management includes a balanced mix of live loading/unloading, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook tasks. Shift Structures: Daytime, nighttime, or alternating schedules are open, though weekend work is required. Instruction: Spend 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a certified driver trainer while receiving full pay. Requirements

  • Ability to pass the required DOT medical evaluation and drug screening.
  • Under half a year of commercial driving experience (for apprentice program).

Responsibilities
