About The Position

This dedicated Ohio operation is looking for Class-A Truck Drivers who desire weekly home time and a predictable schedule. The position offers immediate placement for recent trucking school graduates or those with a few months of solo experience. The company provides a transparent pay structure that rewards miles driven.

Requirements

Valid, current Class A CDL.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with a maximum of 2 moving violations over the past 3 years.
Zero DUI/DWI convictions within the last 3 years.
No felony convictions on background check within the past 5 years.
Must successfully pass the standard DOT physical and drug screening.
Recent trucking school graduate or a few months of solo experience.

Responsibilities

Drive Class-A trucks for dedicated Ohio operation.
Handle freight involving a blend of pre-loads, drop & hook, and live freight handling.
Complete approximately 1,800 miles per week with steady freight year-round.
Operate through winter/cold weather regions.
Participate in a paid student and trainee program for 4 to 6 weeks.
Transition to solo truck driving immediately after training.
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
