About The Position

Razor Rents (Leppo Rents) is seeking a local CDL Driver for their Carrollton location. This role offers competitive pay, local driving, and overtime opportunities. We are looking for CDL Drivers who are passionate about the work, including the hands-on aspects of equipment, problem-solving, and being a part of a strong team. Ideal candidates will have experience with construction or rental equipment and be proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmissions.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.
Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
Clean driving record
Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment

Responsibilities

Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation
