Weekly Revenue: Gross averages run between $1,300 and $1,500. Short-Haul Incentive: A flat $40 bonus applies to any assignment under 100 miles. Stop Pay: An additional $15 is paid for every single stop on your route. Extra Rewards: Eligibility for our safety and performance bonus program begins immediately. What does the schedule and driving territory look like? Home Time: Enjoy a regular 34-hour restart away from the truck every single week. Workload: Expect roughly 1,800 miles per week with no seasonal drops or slow periods. Logistics: Operate with a single dedicated planner. Freight management includes a balanced mix of live loading/unloading, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook tasks. Shift Structures: Daytime, nighttime, or alternating schedules are open, though weekend work is required. Climate Advisory: Be prepared for winter driving, as this dedicated lane crosses through cold-weather states. How does the paid apprentice program work? Instruction: Spend 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a certified driver trainer while receiving full pay. Independence: Transition straight into your own solo tractor upon completion—there are no team driving obligations. Immediate Bump: Your mileage rate automatically jumps to the full $0.56 CPM the day you begin solo operations.
Requirements
- Valid, unexpired Class A CDL.
- At least 21 years of age.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Zero drug or alcohol-related driving offenses (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years.
- No felony convictions in the previous 5 years.
- Ability to pass DOT medical evaluation and drug screening.
- Completion of training or under half a year of commercial driving experience.
