Requirements
- Valid state-matching CDL.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Clean driving record: maximum 2 moving violations in 2 years, zero major preventable accidents in 5 years.
- Must pass urine and hair drug tests.
- For new drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
- For experienced drivers: 6+ months OTR in the last year OR 12+ months in the last 5 years (Military driving counts via DD214).
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a team driver.
- Willingness to work holiday shifts if scheduled during home time.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A truck for regional routes.
- Haul dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook with occasional live loads/unloads and preloads.
- Complete approximately 2,000 miles weekly.
- Adhere to a schedule that may include day, night, or weekend shifts.
- Utilize a dedicated regional planner for route management.
- Ensure a clean driving record and pass drug screenings.
