About The Position

American Transport Team offers professional driving opportunities across multiple divisions throughout the United States. The company focuses on providing access to consistent freight and operational support for drivers. This local CDL-A Truck Driver position offers home daily with flexible schedules available. Drivers can expect average weekly earnings between $1,681 – $1,781, with pay varying based on route assignments, experience, attendance, and availability. The company ensures consistent freight volumes for regular work opportunities. Orientation is completed online with a streamlined onboarding process. Multiple scheduling options are available based on availability and business needs, with two days off per week (not guaranteed to be consecutive). Both day and night shifts are available, with typical shift lengths of approximately 10–11 hours. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Drivers will operate on local routes with same-day return and will primarily handle no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload depending on the route. Company-assigned equipment will be used, and freight may include refrigerated and dry van loads.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including road test and drug screening
• Must meet all applicable safety and compliance standards

Responsibilities
