About The Position

This dedicated Ohio operation is seeking Class-A Truck Drivers who are looking for weekly home time and a predictable schedule. It offers immediate placement for recent trucking school graduates or those with a few months of solo experience. The role emphasizes a transparent pay structure that rewards miles driven and provides steady freight year-round. The operation handles a mix of pre-loads, drop & hook, and live freight, and drivers will be assisted by an individual route planner. Weekend shifts are a requirement, and the lane operates through winter/cold weather regions.

Requirements

  • Valid, current Class A CDL.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with a maximum of 2 moving violations over the past 3 years.
  • Zero DUI/DWI convictions within the last 3 years.
  • No felony convictions on background check within the past 5 years.
  • Must successfully pass the standard DOT physical and drug screening.
  • A few months of solo driving experience is preferred for immediate placement, but recent graduates are also considered for the trainee program.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a Class-A truck for approximately 1,800 miles per week.
  • Handle a blend of pre-loads, drop & hook, and live freight.
  • Complete a 34-hour restart at home every week.
  • Work weekend shifts as required.
  • Participate in a paid student and trainee program for 4 to 6 weeks if applicable.
  • Operate through winter/cold weather regions.
