Mentorship Curriculum Our program pairs you with an experienced driver trainer on standard regional lanes. You will step into individual solo driving status the moment your mentor verifies your complete operational readiness. Through daily road operations, you will master equipment maneuvers, electronic logs, required DVIR checks, and corporate dispatch communication protocols. Driver Perks and Fleet Environment Family Time: Count on reliable weekly scheduling that ensures you spend time at home with family every single week. Stability: Protect your paycheck from seasonal fluctuations by hauling stable, year-round regional dry van cargo. Requirements
- Possession of a valid Class A CDL credential
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Provided certificate verifying a minimum of 120 hours at a registered CDL training facility
- Satisfactory MVR report regarding past traffic and road behavior
- Mandatory negative pre-employment substance test
- Current DOT medical card
