About The Position

We are expanding our Dallas-based OTR Dry Van fleet with professional company drivers who want stability and straightforward terms. This position offers consistent miles, premium equipment, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Age 21+
At least 3 months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer (40ft+) experience
No more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
Zero major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
No DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years
Clean drug/alcohol test history for the past 10 years
Not a SAP driver

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A Tractor-Trailer (40ft+)
Transport 100% No-Touch Dry Van freight
Perform Drop & Hook and Live Unload operations
Maintain a safe driving record
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Weekly Earnings: Average $1,300 – $1,500 Gross (Top performers consistently earn $1,800+ Gross)
Mileage Pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM
Performance Bonus: Up to +$0.03 CPM for safety and productivity
