About The Position

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is a leader in autonomous ground transportation, founded in 2018 with a mission to create a safer and more efficient future. The company utilizes an AI-powered technology stack for commercial trucking and the public sector, currently delivering freight daily across the southern United States with its autonomous technology. Kodiak was the first to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer in 2024 and is also developing autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense. Kodiak has developed the premier self-driving technology for long-haul trucks, industrial, and defense applications, recognized by commercial partners as the safest and most capable on the market. The company is seeking experienced commercial drivers for its Lancaster, Texas operations to assist in deploying its autonomous technology and working with partners to improve and integrate the technology in real-world conditions. Requirements

  • Class A CDL License with clean driving record
  • A minimum of 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and practical road test
  • Pass drug test, MVR and have a current DOT physical
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts & schedules including nights
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles as an essential function of the position
  • Ability to maintain a clean driving record that meets requirements for coverage under the company's auto insurance policy.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Requires frequent sitting and driving
