Class-A Regional Truck Driver - Weekly Home Time
About The Position
Our Midwest freight division is currently onboarding professional drivers for regional lanes that guarantee you are home every single week. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with reliable, year-round volume and top-tier fleet maintenance. This role focuses on regional deliveries throughout the Midwest with predictable weekly resets. Drivers average between 2,100 and 2,300 miles every week, depending on available driving hours. Operations are split between 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads, with a mean length of haul per dispatch of 300 miles. Drivers will be assigned late-model trucks only (2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner Cascadia models) and will have around-the-clock (24/7) driver coordination and safety backing.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- A minimum of 4 months of active, verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer history.
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record with a focus on safety.
- Competency in logbook planning and efficient time management.
Responsibilities
- Perform regional deliveries throughout the Midwest.
- Complete 34-hour restart at home every single week.
- Operate late-model trucks (2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner Cascadia models).
- Maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Plan logbooks and manage time efficiently.
Benefits
- Weekly gross pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,400.
- $0.57 to $0.64 CPM, adjusted according to your verifiable background.
- $2,000 sign-on package ($500 allocated on your first load, $500 at day 30, and $1,000 at day 60; requires remaining active in the tractor).
- $12.50 per hour detention compensation after the second hour.
- $100 per day for layover or breakdown downtime.
- Up to an extra +3 CPM for maintaining strong safety scores and productivity.
