About The Position

Upper Lakes Foods is the largest independent, wholesale food distributor in Minnesota, with three facilities located in Cloquet, MN, Northfield, MN, and Janesville, WI. We distribute food throughout the Upper Midwest, specializing in serving foodservice operators such as independent restaurants, assisted living facilities, schools, and national and regional foodservice chain accounts with a strong focus on customer service. As a Class A Teams Regional Delivery Driver, your primary role is to navigate the open road in a tractor-trailer, ensuring timely delivery of an exciting variety of products, including meat, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods. You'll skillfully unload these goods at customer sites using a two-wheeler on metal truck ramps, all while providing top-tier customer service that keeps our clients smiling. Your routes will take you through vibrant locations such as Fargo, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Sioux Falls, and Waterloo, offering the chance to explore new places. Expect routes to last between 10 to 20 hours, with the bonus of returning home daily alongside another CDL Driver. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least one year of driving experience.
Strong communication skills.
Customer-centric attitude.
Ability to navigate various locations.
Adaptability and readiness to tackle challenges.
Successful completion of a background check.
Successful completion of an MVR check.
Successful completion of pre-employment lift evaluations.
Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED.
Familiarity with delivery software or tools.
