We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Regional Driver to transport goods across routes within Indiana and Ohio. This is a local/regional position where drivers are home daily. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to excellent service.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
3+ years of CDL driving experience.
Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Current Medical Card and active FMCSA Clearinghouse listing.
Familiarity with ELD systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate a 2021 Freightliner automatic truck safely and efficiently.
Perform daily regional routes: pick up from customer locations and deliver to facilities in IN and OH.
Drop and hook at the receiver, then return with a load to the Indianapolis yard.
Follow designated routes and schedules with flexibility for start and end times.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
Uphold Red Baron and BWT standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
