About The Position

Grocers Supply, based in Houston, is the largest wholesale grocery supplier in Texas, supplying over 900 independent grocery stores. We are seeking a Class A PM Shuttle Driver to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc…), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product. The driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day. The driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Working Safely is a Condition for Employment with GSC Wholesale, LLC.

Requirements

Minimum $1000/week guaranteed
DOT Certified, Class A Commercial Driver's License
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Department Of Transportation Physical Exam.
Must be DOT certified with all qualification requirements
Quality and customer-service focused.
Comply with FMCSR/DOT/Company policies and procedures
Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience
Supporting a large Enterprise Storage environment
One year of recent applicable CMV experience or participation/completion of a company approved CDL truck driving school
